The two of us went to Hawaii the summer after graduation.  I'd have never had the gumption to either organize it or go alone.  Still one of the great adventures of my life.  I came home broke with no regrets.

LD and I were in Dr Baylor's Human Physiology class at USU in the spring of 1963. We sat side by side, enjoying each other's company. We each had joined a fraternity. But, our friendship bond was melded long ago at BRHS. He was involved in an automobile accident driving to school from Tremonton. It affected him greatly, as there were injuries to others. His caring of others was very evident, even at that young age. Seeing and talking with him at our reunions have been a highlight for me. God bless my good friend, Jay.
