At this time my brothers and sister would like to give a special “Thank You” to our Mom for all the years of tender care she has given Dad, since the MS had really taken its toll. She has no idea how much we have really appreciated her. She gave of herself so unselfishly. Mom we Love You.
Thanks to Tonya and Jamien at Heritage Brookside Homecare, his nurse Amy, and to the Doctors and nurses at the Bear River Valley Hospital for the special care that they gave Dad.

Graveside services will be held Monday, April 14, 2003, 11:30 a.m. at the Bothwell Valley Cemetery. Friends may call Sunday, April 13th from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Rogers and Taylor Funeral Home, 111 North 100 East, Tremonton.
