Bruce was born December 10,1943, at Brigham City, Utah, the son of Edwin O. and Mary King Stenquist. Bruce served a mission to Sweden and was released a little early to come home to attend the funeral of his brother who had died in an airplane crash.
Bruce had gone to Topeka, Kansas to help bring his brother's wife and family back to Utah to live. On their way home they wrecked and Bruce was killed on June 10,1966. Bruce was only 22 years old.
Funeral services were conducted Monday afternoon in Tremonton Third Ward chapel. Burial was in Riverview Cemetery.
