Timothy Christensen Obituary

Timothy Jay Christensen passed away on April 27, 2024 at 80 years old. Tim was born on February 26, 1944 and grew up in Elwood, Utah. He graduated from Bear River High School and served a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the Southern Far East Mission in Hong Kong speaking Cantonese. Tim was previously employed at Brigham Implement, Thiokol Corporation, and Christensen Landscaping and Trenching. He served faithfully in numerous church callings and enjoyed genealogy and temple work. Tim enjoyed watching sports especially BYU and the Utah Jazz. Tim was preceded in death by his parents A. C. "Ace" and Doris Christensen and his sister Rebecca "Becki" Nielsen Barnes. He is survived by his three sons, Jason (Kandis) Christensen of Paris, Idaho, Cody (Joyce) Christensen of Warrenton, Virginia, and Kyle (Amber) Christensen of San Antonio, Texas, 11 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren. Per Tim's wishes, no memorial services are being held.
