Lester died 3 July 2014 in Republic Washington He served three tours in Vietnam and was proud that he had servded. He was in a wheel chair at the time we visited him in Republic during Aug 2013 . He seemed in good spirits and happy at the time. He is servived by his daughter Heather Godfrey who resides in Soda Springs Id.

Lester contacted me 'out of the blue' a few years ago. With a bit of asking about his life I learned he'd had a tough go with his health but, as Tamara said, he had a good attitude--rest his soul.
