Peter Davis Hansen was born June 30 1944 in Salt Lake City, Utah. He was raised by his loving grandparents, Ephriam and Jenny Hansen, in Elwood Utah. He attended the local grade school and Bear River Jr. High. In 1962 he graduated from Bear River High School.

Peter joined the United States Air Force and while in Germany , he met and married his wife, Helene. They are the parents of 2 daughters and one son.

After the service, they lived in the Salt Lake area and enjoyed spending time together at their cabin just outside of Park City, Utah.  Peter was employed  with a business supply company.

After he and his wife seperated and later divorced, his health deteriorated and he spent a good deal of time in the Veterans Hospital in Salt Lake City. Some of his health concerns came from his service in the military.

Peter Passed away November 21, 1999, in Salt Lake City, Utah
